看起來是跟 LCDS 與 Web Service 比較有關，一般人沒用到應該就不用下載了。

    似乎不完全是，還有更新如：ArrayCollections、IOErrorEvent、Elements、SetCredentials…等相關問題。

    這些看起來都跟 service connection 有關啊~(除了 ArrayCollection之外，不過我猜修改的地方也是為了配合 LCDS，所以還是可勉強成立 :P )
