直接受益者是他爸爸 Ralf Bokelberg，Ralf 把 MTASC快速 compile 省下來的時間用在「做人」上，結果就是小孩快兩歲了… 
這到底是「科技始終來自於人性」 還是 「人性始終來自於科技」呢？ccc

ActionStep Alpha 1 Released!
最讓人期盼的 open source component framework - ActionStep 終於發佈 alpha 1了。
ActionStep 的價值在於它完全follow 已經非常成熟的 OpenStep (也就是 Cocoa - Mac OS X)規格製作，因此語法、功能都會相去不遠，這算是目前檯面上所有 open/close component 產品中最讓人敢放心使用的一個。(呃，當然，mothership牌的 flex 2 framework才是真正的王道，但那是另一個故事…)

剛才又接到一通詐騙電話，這次是地方法院打來通知有存証信函尚未領取，要按 0 轉接專員….
果然人往高處爬水往低處流，就算是詐騙集團也要時時更新手法業績才能進步，大家都辛苦了啊 =.=”

a brand new Adobe ( in detail )
該來的還是來了，新公司的六大事業群已經確定：
-Creative Solutions Business Unit:
adobe CS, macromedia Studio 下所有產品項目
-Enterprise and Developer Solutions Business Unit:

-Knowledge Worker Solutions Business Unit:
acrobat, breeze
-Mobile and Device Solutions Business Unit:

從新事業群的分配可以看到幾件有趣的事：
1、jrun, coldfusion不見了
coldfusion前途與定位不明已經不是一兩年的事了，現在從這份名單中完全消失也不會讓人太意外，而Jrun在群雄並起的Java圈內很難吸引到開發者並與其它主流大廠solution競爭也是大家心知肚明，所以這次一併消失也算是，呃，大勢所趨吧。
不過這兩個技術雖然單獨做為產品來推銷可能賣相不太好，但他們兩也是新Adobe手上唯一夠 robust 的 server-side technology，一個合理的發展就是用 JRun 做為將來 Adobe 所有server產品的底層，例如Life Cycle這個publishing server就可以用 JRun改寫，然後前端需要工程師客製化的部份，當然就用 coldfusion豐富又易用的tag library解決掉囉！
如果真的朝這個角度發展，不但可順利將 adobe所有server產品大升級，同時也免費獲得一個發展十年的 coding engine，再加上原本既有的廣大開發者，等於也順便為adobe在印刷市場注入龐大的生力軍，何樂不為啊~
當然更棒的是乾脆將來adobe所有軟體(例如 InDesign, Acrobat)的script都直接改用 Actionscript，這樣搞不好沒事我還可以寫點 InDesign的小app自娛娛人…
喔，當然我也注意到 FMS 沒列在這份名單中，但breeze活了下來(而breeze的核心就是 FMS + Jrun)，而且 FMS可能也被算做Flex Enterprise Service的一部份，所以她會持續發展下去是沒有疑問的事。
至於短命的 contribute 應該就算是正式下檯一鞠躬，但將來可能由新產品線取代，例如其它的 desktop player，這就暫且按下不表了。
2. pdf 與 flash 送作堆
從這樣的事業群分配來看，真的處處可以感覺到pdf 霸王硬上弓的態勢，例如 breeze + acrobat 就是很無聊的組合啊~ 然後 pdf reader + flash player as one 更是讓人擔心十足的 attempt，千萬別把 flash player 肚子給搞大啊…
3. svg 不寂陌
While Flash and Flash Lite have gained critical momentum with customers and partners worldwide, particularly in the fast-growing mobile market, we recognize that both SVG and Flash have had success globally. As a result, Adobe will continue to support the display of popular graphics standards, including SVG-t and Flash
這段說的真正讚，最好 svg 也是 globally success。每次看蘋果日報網站用svg圖然後畫面上空一塊就覺得很 x 啊~
實際一點來看，最有可能的發展方式就是循 png 模式，將來 flash player也可以吃svg格式，甚至慢慢融入swf格式的一部份，只是，唉，這種組合再怎麼看都覺得很沒必要。
好，所以現在合併案正式底定，MACR這檔股票也已經停止交易，以後只能買一股$34元的ADBE了，那做為開發者的你我會有什麼影響呢？(這件事說來話長我可以連講三小時不休息但我還得完成一個dataprovider所以簡單總結如下)
雖然在未來六到十二個月內大盤局勢都還不會太清楚的呈現出來，但整體來說新adobe的發展對於既有的mm愛用者或開發者來說都是朝有利的方面發展，或者更大膽一點的說，未來比合併之前又更明亮許多，至少對於原本熟悉flash/actionscript這項技術的工程師來講路是更寬廣了一點，將來應該會在許多意想不到的地方發現新機會，你可能也會覺得自已變的更炙手可熱一點囉

Flex 2 - Panel in Action !
花了幾天時間做了一個 flex 2 的概念驗証 prototype，主要是想証明某些想法與技術是否可行，並且確認如何在flex 2裏達成。
＊feature list:
-draggable panel
-collapsable panel (on double click)
-draggable and fixed mode in canvas
-move panel inside the canvas (when in draggable mode)
-automatically resort the panel from top to down (when in fixed mode)
-win/mac style multi-panel-drag-and-move
-panels can be drag and dropped into other component (like a list or datagrid), it’s implemented using DragManager.
-support dataProvider (Array, ArrayList….)

-drag and resize the panel (with a handler at the bottom-right corner)
-incoporate a rich text editor at the bottom bar (considering using a RTE component since it’s a panel itself).
